\u201cAu d\u00e9part, le mandat d\u2019Isabelle \u00e9tait en lien avec notre processus d\u2019embauche. Depuis ce temps, je peux affirmer qu\u2019on a beaucoup plus de succ\u00e8s avec nos nouvelles recrues. Isabelle nous a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier ce que l\u2019on cherchait vraiment et \u00e0 poser les bonnes questions pour s\u2019assurer que les nouveaux employ\u00e9s soient align\u00e9s avec nos valeurs.\n

\nSuite \u00e0 ce mandat, nous avons continu\u00e9 de travailler ensemble parce que le contact \u00e9tait excellent. Isabelle se d\u00e9marque par son approche franche, et bienveillante. On y retrouve de l\u2019empathie, du courage, de la responsabilisation et beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9. Isabelle n\u2019a pas peur de d\u00e9battre d\u2019id\u00e9es avec moi et de me mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve, tout en respectant mes limites.\n

\nNous avons ensemble discut\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rents enjeux avec certains employ\u00e9s et elle m\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 avoir un discours plus coh\u00e9rent avec mes valeurs et mes objectifs. Elle m\u2019aide de fa\u00e7on continue \u00e0 bien cerner les enjeux et \u00e0 les adresser de mani\u00e8re claire et courageuse. \nDerni\u00e8rement, Isabelle nous a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en place un cadre de fonctionnement clair pour notre \u00e9quipe. Afin que les employ\u00e9s y adh\u00e8rent, elle a dirig\u00e9 un atelier qui a permis \u00e0 tout le monde de s\u2019exprimer et qui nous a assur\u00e9 de la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de ce projet.
